Your first appointment will be an examination and review of your treatment options. Often treatment can be started the same day however, an extensive treatment plan will require a second appointment.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time
of your first visit:
- A list of medications you are currently taking
- If you have dental insurance, bring your insurance information. This will allow us to process any claims
- The name of your previous dental office (if applicable)
Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment.
